Lever Business Accountants is a small accounting firm with branches spread throughout North Queensland. Lever offers a range of solutions from audit work and taxation to business support and wealth management. Prior to Virtual Cabinet, Lever did not operate a document management solution.

Lever were already successfully using the Reckon APS practice management system, but needed something equally as efficient to handle their documents. One of the main issues the practice had was the time spent searching for documents and emails.
On top of that the documents that were stored on site had little or no security around them. Any user could view or even delete any documents.
